STARTING NOVEMBER 1, 2026 · THE FIRST 12–20 MEMBERS

Help build the community you wish already existed.

The holidays are coming. The new year is around the corner. Let’s meet them with good company, fresh perspective, and a little more strength—together.

No resolutions. Just getting stronger.

Join the free four-week Founding Circle and take part in weekly challenges, guided conversations, and a community you can help shape. For men and women 55+.

WHAT YOU’RE JOINING

Four weeks. A small group. Real participation.

This is not a mailing list disguised as membership. Founding members will meet one another, test the weekly rhythm, share useful experience, and decide what is worth continuing.

You will never be graded, ranked, or expected to pretend every week is easy. The standard is simple: show up honestly and help make the room useful.

WHAT ACTUALLY HAPPENS

Every promise leads to participation.

Each part of the pilot has a clear action, a human purpose, and something worthwhile to take away.

DO SOMETHING

One meaningful challenge each week

Turn intention into one useful action.

Each challenge is adaptable and built around real life—not performance. You might move for ten minutes, try something unfamiliar, reconnect with a friend, pass forward a lesson, or make room for deeper meaning.

You finish the week with something done—not another idea saved for later.

TALK ABOUT SOMETHING REAL

One guided community conversation

Go beyond small talk without turning the room into group therapy.

A clear question gives everyone a place to begin: What are you still building? What did experience teach you? What became possible after a setback? Members listen, contribute, and disagree respectfully.

You leave knowing someone better—and often understanding yourself more clearly.

SHOW UP TOGETHER

One optional 30-minute virtual gathering

A short gathering with a reason—not another meeting filling the calendar.

We open with the week’s question, hear a few member voices, and close with one action worth carrying forward. Cameras are welcome but never required. Participation matters more than presentation.

Thirty minutes should add energy, connection, or perspective to the week.

PASS IT FORWARD

One opportunity to share your story

Your experience may be exactly what another member needs.

Share a short written story, photograph, or 60–90 second video about a lesson, challenge, skill, comeback, project, or new beginning. Nothing is published publicly without clear permission.

Hard-won experience becomes useful when it is shared honestly.

HELP BUILD THE ROOM

A direct voice in the community’s future

Founding members do not merely join—they help decide what is worth continuing.

Brief polls and feedback conversations will shape future challenges, gatherings, member tools, community standards, and paid benefits. We will measure what people use, not what sounds impressive.

The community grows around demonstrated value rather than guesses.

NOT REQUIRED

You do not need to be an athlete.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOU APPLY

No mystery. No automatic enrollment.

24-HOUR DECISION

Every complete application is reviewed.

We are assembling a thoughtful mix of 12–20 people and grouping accepted applicants into sessions of 5–10.

ASSIGNED SESSION

Each meeting receives its own link.

Your welcome message will include your confirmed session, private meeting link, participation expectations, and first challenge.

Current stage: Founding Circle applications are open. Complete applications are reviewed within 24 hours, and accepted applicants receive their assigned four-week pilot session details by email.

GOOD TO KNOW

Frequently Asked Questions

Clear answers about the Founding Circle, participation, privacy, and what Creaky but Strong is building.

Is Creaky but Strong a retirement community?

No. We’re not a retirement community, a senior living service, or a place to slow down. Creaky but Strong is a community for men and women 55+ who are still building, still learning, and still showing up for a bigger next chapter.

How much does membership cost?

Right now, nothing. The Founding Circle is a free four-week pilot for the first 12–20 members. There’s no card required and no automatic subscription. Any future paid membership will be built from what this first group actually finds valuable—and the price, terms, and benefits will be clearly disclosed before anyone is asked to pay.

What exactly is the Founding Circle?

It’s a free, four-week national pilot where a small group helps shape what Creaky but Strong becomes. Each week includes one meaningful challenge, one guided conversation, an optional 30-minute virtual gathering, and a chance to share your own story. Starting November 1, 2026.

Is this just for men, or for women too?

Both. Creaky but Strong is built for men and women 55+ who aren’t willing to disappear just because they’ve had a birthday.

Do I need to be athletic or already fit to join?

No. You don’t need to be an athlete, have a perfect story, a large following, or a younger person’s body. You just need to be willing to participate honestly and show up.

Will this tell me what exercises or supplements to take?

No. Creaky but Strong does not diagnose, treat, or give medical advice, and we don’t prescribe specific exercise or supplement regimens. We encourage movement and healthy habits in general terms, and we always recommend talking to your own doctor before starting or changing any physical activity. Read our full Health & Fitness Disclaimer.

What if I miss a weekly challenge or gathering?

Nothing happens. Participation is voluntary, gatherings are optional, and there’s no ranking, grading, or penalty for missing a week. The standard is simple: show up honestly when you can.

What’s the hat about?

The Creaky But Strong Logo Adjustable Trucker Hat is our first product—a simple way to wear what you stand for. It’s not the point of the community; the community is the point. Orders ship through our secure Payhip store, with tracking and a 30-day return window. See Shipping & Returns.

What happens to my information when I apply or request a challenge?

We only collect what’s needed to send your challenge, review your application, or fulfill an order—never medical records, diagnoses, or health details. Read our Privacy Policy.
