RETURNS & REFUNDS
Contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Email hello@creakybutstrong.com before returning an item. Include your order number and the reason for the request.
Change of mind or fit
Unused, unworn hats in their original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return postage. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
Damaged or incorrect item
Contact us promptly with your order number and a clear photo. If the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item, we will arrange a replacement or refund and cover the related return cost when a return is required.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Bank processing times may vary.
