Medical questions and requests

Creaky but Strong will not answer questions about symptoms, diagnoses, medications, injuries, treatment, or whether an activity is medically appropriate. These questions will be deferred to a licensed physician or another appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

Activities and challenges

Participation is voluntary. Before beginning or changing an exercise or fitness program, consult your doctor or another qualified healthcare professional. Adapt activities to your health, abilities, experience, and circumstances. Stop if an activity feels unsafe.

Member contributions

Members remain responsible for what they submit and must have the right and permission to share it. Photo and video submissions remain private while they are reviewed and are not published automatically.

Community access

Access may be limited or ended to protect members, enforce community standards, prevent misuse, or comply with legal obligations.

Product purchases

Creaky but Strong hats are available through Payhip. Payhip processes checkout and payment information under its own terms and privacy practices. Membership

The Founding Circle pilot is free. Paid membership and automatic subscriptions are not currently active. Any future paid membership will have its price, renewal terms, cancellation process, and benefits clearly disclosed before enrollment.
