CREAKY BUT STRONGHEALTH & FITNESS DISCLAIMER
Move forward—with good judgment.
Creaky but Strong encourages active, purposeful living. Your health and safety come first.
Not medical advice
Creaky but Strong provides general educational information, encouragement, and community content. It does not diagnose or treat medical conditions, recommend medical treatment, prescribe care, or offer medical advice. It is not a healthcare provider and does not provide medical care, physical therapy, medical screening, or individualized exercise instruction.
Personalized does not mean medically individualized
A challenge may reflect the participant’s selected focus, available time, stated goal, and likely obstacle. It is not based on a medical assessment and is not a determination that any physical activity is safe or appropriate for that person.
No doctor’s notes or medical records
Creaky but Strong does not request, review, verify, or store doctor’s notes, medical clearances, diagnoses, medications, or other health records. Participants should discuss medical readiness directly with their own qualified healthcare professionals.
How medical questions are handled
If a member or visitor asks about symptoms, diagnoses, medications, injuries, treatment, or whether an activity is medically appropriate, Creaky but Strong will not provide an answer or recommendation. The person will be encouraged to contact a licensed physician or another appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
Talk with your doctor first
Before beginning or changing any exercise, movement, wellness, or fitness program, consult your doctor or another qualified healthcare professional—particularly if you have an injury, symptoms, physical limitations, a medical condition, or concerns about whether an activity is appropriate for you.
Choose activities responsibly
Participation is voluntary and at your own risk. Select activities appropriate for your health, abilities, experience, and surroundings. Modify or skip any activity that is not right for you. Stop if you feel pain, dizziness, chest discomfort, unusual shortness of breath, or anything else that concerns you, and seek appropriate medical attention.
Community experiences vary
Stories and experiences shared by members describe individual circumstances. They are not medical recommendations and should not be treated as evidence that the same activity or result is appropriate for everyone.
